I didn't build Barrett Advisories from a business school idea. I built it from years of doing exactly what you need done.
I currently manage all back-office operations for a 40-property STR portfolio in Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Cave Creek — TPT filings, license renewals, owner invoicing, P&L reporting, compliance monitoring, PMS management. The average home value across that portfolio is $1.5M. I know what it takes to keep portfolios like yours running cleanly and your homeowners informed.
Before that, I obtained my Arizona Real Estate license in 2019 and listed luxury homes in Arcadia and Scottsdale. Before that, I spent six years at Chase Bank as a Business Banker and Assistant Branch Manager — which is where I learned that back-office discipline and financial accuracy aren't optional. They're the whole job.
I also helped clients move across the country to Arizona and acquire, remodel, and launch an Airbnb from scratch — negotiated the purchase price down $175k in a competitive market, designed a full backyard renovation, guided the full interior remodel, and built the listing from zero. That property now has 145 reviews at 4.9 stars while clearing over $100k/year in annual rent. These folks are public school teachers who trusted me with everything to start a new life here in sunny Arizona. I know what the formula is and what success looks like.
